我们遇到注射狂犬病疫苗引起尿潴留1例,现报道如下: 患者男,25岁。因尿潴留并排尿困难3天,于1981年8月26日入院。患者18天前被小狗咬伤左手指,2天后注射狂犬疫苗(广东生物制品所,批号81-123),注射后有头晕,第12支时因发热、头晕,头痛便停2天,未加处理。以后继续注射至第17支,发高热39.5℃,头晕、头痛加重,两下肢软弱无力,尿潴留并排尿困难,要靠导尿排小便。既往健康,家族无特殊病史。体检:T38℃,P88次,R20次,BP 120/70。神清,颈软,心肺正常,肝脾不大,膀胱区隆起,轻度压痛,腹壁反射及两膝反射减弱,未引出病理反射,肌张力正常。化验检查,WBC 7,200,N64%,L32%,M4%;尿常规(导尿)WBC(+),RBC(++),蛋白(+)。血清钾22mg%,钠320mg%,钙10.2mg%,氯360mg%。X线胸腹透视未见异常。
We encountered injection of rabies vaccine caused by urinary retention in 1 case, are reported below: Male patient, 25 years old. Due to urinary retention and dysuria for 3 days, admitted to hospital on August 26, 1981. The patient was bitten by the left hand of the dog 18 days ago. After 2 days rabies vaccine (Guangdong Institute of Biological Products, Lot 81-123) was injected. After the injection, the patient had dizziness. Because of the fever and dizziness in the 12th branch, the headache stopped for 2 days, Plus processing. After the injection continued to the first 17, made high fever 39.5 ℃, dizziness, headache increased, weakness of both lower extremities, urinary retention and dysuria, rely on catheterization row of urine. Past health, no special family history. Physical examination: T38 ℃, P88 times, R20 times, BP 120/70. God clear, soft neck, normal heart and lung, liver and spleen, bladder area uplift, mild tenderness, abdominal reflex and knee reflex decreased, did not lead to pathological reflexes, muscle tone normal. Laboratory tests, WBC 7,200, N64%, L32%, M4%; urinary routine (catheterization) WBC (+), RBC (++), protein (+). Serum potassium 22mg%, sodium 320mg%, calcium 10.2mg%, chlorine 360mg%. X-ray showed no abnormal chest X-ray.
