“三角债”是中国特有的经济现象,对于“三角债”的定义,目前还没有形成普遍认同的看法。一般而言,“三角债”是指企业互相之间长期拖欠大量债务,以至于严重地影响经济正常运作的现象。现在,无论是私营企业、乡镇企业、国有企业都存在大量“三角债”,但各类企业情况有差异。总的来说,应收帐款在国有企业中最多,在乡镇企业中少一些,在私营企业中最少。现在,“三角债”已严重扰乱了市场秩序,导致价格信号失真,对物价、资源配置、社会财富分配都带来了一定的影响,“三角债”已深刻地影响了整个社会的经济活动。
“Triangle debt” is a unique economic phenomenon in China. At present, there is no universally agreed opinion about the definition of “triangular debt.” In general, “triangular debt” refers to the long-term debt owed by companies to each other, which seriously affects the normal operation of the economy. At present, there are a large number of “triangular debts” in private enterprises, township enterprises, and state-owned enterprises. However, there are differences in various types of enterprises. In general, accounts receivable are the largest among state-owned enterprises, fewer in township enterprises, and least among private enterprises. Now, the “triangular debt” has severely disturbed the market order, resulting in distortion of the price signal, which has had a certain impact on prices, resource allocation, and social wealth distribution. “Triangle debt” has profoundly affected the economic activity of the entire society.
