提出了用状态变量法设计基于多端输出的电流控制第二代电流传输器(current controlled sec-ond generation current conveyor with multiple outputs,简记为MOCCCⅡ)的新型多功能电流模式二阶滤波电路。该滤波电路所需元件较少,二阶滤波器仅需仅需3个MOCCCⅡ、2个电容和1个电阻,无需元件匹配就能同时实现低通、带通、高通滤波输出。该电路所有的无源元件均接地,便于集成且与VLSI工艺兼容,且具有很低的灵敏度。该滤波器可用于通信、电子测量与仪器仪表的信号处理。PSPICE仿真结果与理论分析相吻合,验证了该方法的可行性。
A new multi-functional current-mode second-order filter circuit based on current controlled sec-ond generation current conveyor with multiple outputs (MOCCCⅡ) is proposed based on the state-variable method. The filter circuit requires fewer components, the second-order filter only needs only 3 MOCCC Ⅱ, 2 capacitors and a resistor, no component matching can simultaneously achieve low-pass, bandpass, high-pass filter output. All passive components of this circuit are grounded, are easy to integrate and compatible with the VLSI process, and have low sensitivity. The filter can be used for communication, electronic measurement and instrumentation signal processing. The PSPICE simulation results are in good agreement with the theoretical analysis, which verifies the feasibility of this method.
