5月5日,中国中铁·青岛博览城项目战略合作框架协议签署仪式在青岛府新大厦举行。中铁·青岛博览城项目由中铁置业集团有限公司投资建设,项目总投资500亿元,一期占地约1850亩,在青岛西海岸新区核心区南部规划建设东亚国际展览中心、东亚国际会议中心、国际文化艺术交流中心、国际会展配套商务中心、国际海滨医疗养生中心、国际海滨旅游购物中心、海滨森林公园运动中心、高铁新技术研发中心“八大中心”和海滨度假居住新城,引入东亚海洋经济合作论坛、青岛国际海事防务展、国际一流心
On May 5, the signing ceremony of the framework agreement for the strategic cooperation of China Railway and Qingdao Expo City was held in Qingdao New Building. The project of China Railway, Qingdao Expo City is invested and constructed by China Railway Real Estate Group Co., Ltd. The total investment is 50 billion yuan and the first phase covers an area of about 1850 mu.
