目的:了解不同层次护士的重症护理思维能力,针对性地进行调整,以提高整体护理质量。方法:选取温州医科大学附属第二医院ICU的24名护士为研究对象,采用场景再现分析2014年的76例重症患者资料,在护理会上讲述护士的护理判断和处理方法,由4名资深医师、护师集体讨论制定相关标准,并对24名护士的护理方法进行评判,以评估其重症护理思维能力,统计不同职称、学历护士的处理水平。结果:不同学历和职称的重症护理思维能力不同,本科学历者思维能力明显优于大专、中专护士(P<0.05);主管护师的思维能力明显高于护师和护士(P<0.05)。结论:不同学历、职称的护士在重症护理思维能力上有所差异,因此要做好不同层次的针对性教学,改善护士的重症护理思维能力。
Objective: To understand the different levels of nurses’ critical nursing thinking ability, and to make targeted adjustments to improve the overall quality of care. Methods: Twenty-four nurses from the ICU of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University were selected as the research objects. Based on scene analysis, 76 cases of critically ill patients in 2014 were analyzed. Nursing care judgment and treatment methods were discussed at Nursing Conference. Four senior doctors , Nurses discussed and discussed the formulation of relevant standards, and evaluated the nursing methods of 24 nurses in order to evaluate their ability of thinking in critical care and statistics of the treatment of different titles and academic nurses. Results: The mental nursing ability of different nursing qualifications and professional titles were different. The thinking ability of undergraduate education was significantly better than that of college and secondary school nurses (P <0.05). The supervisor nurses’ thinking ability was significantly higher than that of nurses and nurses (P <0.05) . Conclusion: Nurses with different qualifications and titles have different thinking ability in critical care. Therefore, different levels of targeted teaching should be done to improve nurses’ critical nursing thinking ability.
