目的:采用犬实验性心肌缺血模型,观察益心康胶囊抗心肌缺血的作用。方法:结扎冠脉左前降支建立犬急性心肌缺血模型,观测心肌梗死范围、心电图、血流动力学及相关酶学指标等。结果:益心康胶囊在3.02、.5g/kg剂量下,对犬心肌缺血模型具有降低心率、血压及左室舒张末期压的作用,能明显升高左室最大上升、下降速率(±dp/dtmax)和心电图ST段的作用,亦能缩小心肌梗死面积,改善心肌酶学等指标的异常;结论:益心康胶囊对犬心肌缺血具有明显的防治作用。
Objective: To observe the effect of Yixinkang Capsule on myocardial ischemia in dogs with experimental myocardial ischemia model. Methods: The left anterior descending coronary artery was ligated to establish acute myocardial ischemia model in dogs. The infarct size, electrocardiogram, hemodynamics and related enzymological indexes were observed. Results: Yixinkang capsule could decrease heart rate, blood pressure and left ventricular end-diastolic pressure at 3.02, .5g / kg dose, and could significantly increase the maximal increase of left ventricular rate (± dp / dtmax) and electrocardiogram ST segment, and also can reduce the area of myocardial infarction, myocardial enzymes and other indicators to improve the anomaly. CONCLUSION: Yixinkang capsule has a significant preventive and therapeutic effect on myocardial ischemia in dogs.
