我厂生产干式薄壁气缸套(如图1所示)已有十二年的历史.十余年来,一直沿用把自由状态下的缸套置于V型铁上来检测支承启下端面对外国中心线的跳动值,因而误差大.为提高检测准确度,我们设计了一种薄壁套支承肩端面跳动测量器. 如图2所示,该测量器主要由V-型铁1、底板2、定位档板3、模拟套4、支撑块5及杠杆表6组成.模拟套选用与缸套相同的材料,以防缸套划伤.为使测量间隙尽可能小,把模拟套的轴向定位端选在检测端的另一侧.
