Recently, the Ministry of Land and Resources, the Central Government Leading Group Office of the Rural Work, the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Agriculture jointly issued the Opinions on Several Issues Concerning the Confirmation of Registration and Issuance of Rural Collective Land Proofs. The scope, main body, policy basis, Technical means and standards made detailed provisions. We invited land experts and industry insiders to interpret the following questions: Why currently we need to speed up the process of certifying rural collective land ownership and issuing certificates, what are the major difficulties in advancing this work, and how to solve them?
