随着我国音乐教育的改革,对音乐教师的专业化有了更高的标准,而教育实习是培养音乐教育专业人才不可或缺的实践教学环节,但我国一些师范毕业生教学实践能力较差,学校所学到的理论知识与实际教学相脱节,缺乏必要的教师职业技能成了师范生从事中小学教育工作的最大障碍,所以拓展音乐教育毕业生教育实习的新路径,增加实习时间,创新实习方式,严格实习评估等,才能全面培养适应中小学需求的音乐教育人才,与中小学音乐教育更好的无缝对接。
With the reform of music education in our country, there is a higher standard for the professionalization of music teachers.
