广西科学院是1978年全国科学大会之后筹建起来的一个综合性自然科学研究机构,跟其他院所一样,她也面临着人才“断层”问题。但我院只有十年院龄,与其他院所比较起来,人才“断层”也有其独特之处,既“缺青”,也“缺老”,而且院属各所的科技人才群落结构差异较大。为减少人才“断层”带来的冲击,根据我院的特点,几年来我们采取了以下一些措施。 1、把解决“断层”、正确引导和培养年青一代放到战略位置上。院党组专门发出了加强青年工作的决定,要求全院在5年时间内在35岁以下的青年中,尽快造就一批领导骨干、一批学科带
