本文阐述了高校图书馆采访工作人性化服务的理念,指出当前高校图书馆采访工作存在的不足之处及不能很好地为学校的教学科研提供文献资源保障,并提出了大力开展高校图书馆采访工作人性化服务的途径和措施。
This article elaborates the concept of humanistic service of interviews in academic libraries, points out the shortcomings of current interviews with university libraries and the failure to provide sufficient documentation resources for the teaching and research of schools. It also proposes to vigorously carry out interviews with academic libraries Ways and Measures of Human Service.
