当前我党首要任务是提升党建工作的科学性,使政党建设向科学化转变。但在具体实施政党建设科学化的过程中,由于政党民主化发展水平较低、我国基本国情复杂、政党自身建设存在缺陷等,致使科学化建设工作一直无法取得质的突破。为此,本文笔者立足自身实践经历,对政党建设工作向科学化转型过程中存在的问题进行概括分析,同时制定几点促进党政工作向科学化转型的策略。
At present, our party’s top priority is to upgrade the scientific nature of the party building work and make the party building a scientific one. However, due to the low level of democratization of political parties, the complicated national conditions in our country and the deficiencies in the party’s own construction, the scientific construction has been unable to achieve a qualitative breakthrough in the concrete implementation of the process of building a political party. Therefore, based on the experience of our own, this article carries out a general analysis of the problems existing in the process of the transformation of party construction to a scientific transformation and at the same time sets out some strategies to promote the transformation of party and government work into a scientific one.
