目的研究运动前补充甘草黄酮对力竭运动大鼠血清睾酮、皮质酮、FFA含量及血脂代谢的影响。方法通过建立灌服甘草黄酮大鼠的力竭游泳运动模型,测定大鼠血清睾酮、皮质酮、TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C和FFA的含量。结果血清睾酮水平在力竭游泳运动后低于安静对照组,补充甘草黄酮组大鼠血清睾酮水平低于安静对照组而高于运动对照组(P<0.05)。而血清皮质酮水平在力竭游泳运动后有所上升,补充甘草黄酮组大鼠血清皮质酮水平高于安静对照组(P>0.05)而低于运动对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01);各组间血清睾酮与皮质酮比值变化与睾酮变化程度相一致。力竭游泳运动后大鼠血清TC,TG,FFA和LDL-C含量都有所升高,而HDL-C含量有所下降;通过补充不同剂量的甘草黄酮后,能够降低大鼠血清TC,TG和LDL-C的含量,FFA和HDL-C的含量有所升高。结论在大强度运动中通过灌注甘草黄酮可以降低大鼠的血睾酮和皮质酮水平,改善大鼠的血脂水平和肌内脂肪氧化,提高运动能力。
Objective To investigate the effect of liquorice flavonoids before exercise on serum testosterone, corticosterone, FFA and lipid metabolism in rats after exhaustive exercise. Methods The exhaustive swimming exercise model of licorice flavonoids was established to determine the levels of serum testosterone, corticosterone, TC, TG, LDL-C, HDL-C and FFA in rats. Results Serum testosterone levels were lower than those in the quiet control group after exhaustive swimming. Serum testosterone levels in the licorice flavonoid group were lower than those in the control group and were higher than those in the exercise control group (P <0.05). Serum corticosterone levels increased after exhaustive swimming, and serum corticosterone level in licorice flavonoids group was significantly higher than that in quiet control group (P <0.05) and lower than that in exercise control group (P <0.05 or P <0.01) ; The change of serum testosterone and corticosterone in each group was consistent with the change of testosterone. After exhaustive swimming, the content of serum TC, TG, FFA and LDL-C in rats increased, while the content of HDL-C decreased. After adding different doses of licorice flavonoids, the levels of TC, TG, And LDL-C content, FFA and HDL-C content increased. Conclusion In intensive exercise, glycyrrhiza flavonoids can reduce the level of blood testosterone and corticosterone in rats, improve blood lipids and intramuscular fat oxidation in rats and improve exercise capacity.
