一、喀麦隆港口现状及规划喀麦隆港口主要包括杜阿拉港、克里比港口联合体、林贝港等3个主要港口,和分别位于Tiko、Campo和Bakassi的一些小型港口。这些主要港口的特点,一是泊位等级低,杜阿拉港进港船舶最大在2万吨级左右;克里比港老港仅能容纳进出几百吨级船舶进出;二是吞吐量低,除杜阿拉港以外,其他港口吞吐量极小;三是通关时间长,通关时间一般较长在16~18天以上,装卸时间为6~7天。通关时间长和装卸效率落后,导致船舶拥挤较严重;四是港口收费高,由于通关效率和装卸效率低,导致船舶费用和货物通关费用较高,杜阿拉港口集装箱装卸费用竟达300欧元/TEU。
