打击力是锻压生产中的重要工艺参数之一,也是合理选择设备,正确设计和使用锻压模具的科学依据。打击力的测试对于研究锻压生产过程中的物理现象,制定合理的工艺规程,提高锻件的加工质量和经济效益以及实现锻压设备的自动检测和自动控制等都具有重要的作用。因此,准确地测量打击力是锻压参数测试中一项十分必要的工作。本文讨论了现有打击力测试方法中存在的问题,以及提高打击力测量精度的途径。
Striking force is one of the important process parameters in forging production, which is also the scientific basis for selecting equipment rationally and designing and using forging die correctly. The test of striking force plays an important role in studying the physical phenomena in the forging production process, formulating the reasonable process rules, improving the processing quality and economic benefits of the forging, and realizing the automatic detection and automatic control of the forging equipment. Therefore, accurate measurement of striking force is a very necessary task in the testing of forging parameters. This article discusses the existing problems in the strike force test method and the ways to improve the strike force accuracy.
