本报今天发表的《不能将集体林木划为私有》这封读者来信,提出了一个值得注意的问题:就是在建立农业生产责任制中,必须保护集体财产。这个问题提得及时,各地应引起重视,并在今冬明春不断加强和完善农业生产责任制的过程中,通过细致的思想教育工作,引导群众妥善地加以解决。
The letter from the reader, entitled “Can not Assign Collective Forest to Private Ownership,” which is published today, raises a noteworthy issue: that is, collective property must be protected in the establishment of an accountability system for agricultural production. This issue should be promptly brought to the attention of all localities. In the course of constantly strengthening and perfecting the agricultural production responsibility system this winter and next spring, we should guide the masses to properly solve them through careful ideological and educational work.
