伴随着我国音乐专业在社会上的普及和发展,高等师范音乐专业教学体制与现代化素质教育的发展仍然具有一定的差距,至此,为满足我国素质教育的发展要求,就需大力改革我国现行高等师范音乐专业教学模式和教学现状,同时把音乐教育工作的立足在根据我国国情以及国人的文化身份以及高等音乐院校现有的教育资源为出发点,探寻创造适合中国青少年以及现代人们接受的有效的音乐教育内容形式,立于世界音乐教育之林。
