爱心教育其本质是一种思想与心理的教育,高职学生当中普遍都会存在着一些心理问题,而且这些心理问题的严重程度随着社会的发展也在逐渐的增加,爱心教育可以有效的提高高职学生的心理素质水平,特别是针对贫困家庭的学生以及物质生活优越的学生都有着十分重要的作用。本文通过分析研究爱心教育对高职学生成长成才的作用,提出了加强辅导员的教育作用,通过爱心来感化学生,从而促进与影响学生的发展,以望提高高职院校学生的心理管理能力与综合道德素质修养。
