超声检测技术是用于检测物体表面、亚表面、内部区域及内部投影,产生高分辨率特征图像的检测技术。由于它能获得反映决定检测物体机械性能参数的声学图像而被广泛地应用于无损检测领域。超声检测技术在无损检测领域占有非常重要的地位。激光的出现并且应用于超声检测技术中,给超声检测技术带来了巨大的变化。对激光在超声检测技术中的两个应用方面,即激光超声技术和激光扫描声学显微镜做了详细的阐述。
Ultrasound testing technology is used to detect the surface, subsurface, internal regions and internal projection, resulting in high-resolution features of the image detection technology. It is widely used in the field of non-destructive testing due to its ability to obtain acoustic images that reflect the mechanical properties of objects under inspection. Ultrasound testing occupies a very important position in the field of non-destructive testing. The advent of lasers and their application in ultrasonic testing technology have brought about tremendous changes in ultrasonic testing technology. Two applications of laser in ultrasonic testing technology, that is, laser ultrasonic technology and laser scanning acoustic microscope are described in detail.
