1963年,美国人纽曼首次提出了用半导体做为固体激光器的抽运源的构想,1984年,中国光学学会现任理事长周炳琨院士在美国斯坦福大学应用物理系访问期间,在国际上率先研制出高效率、长寿命、窄线宽、频率稳定的半导体激光抽运固体激光器(DPSSL),开辟了固体激光器的新领域。近年来,DPSSL的发展突飞猛进,随着其技术不断成熟化,生产成本下降,已成为目前国际上发展最快,应用较广的新型激光器,被称为第二代激光器。本期我们采访了中科院长春光机所附属的长春新产业光电技术有限公司,该公司是国内最早将激光器产业化的企业之一,其产品已销至世界五十多个国家及地区。公司总经理郑权博士重点介绍了半导体抽运全固态激光器的基本原理和发展历程,并对长春新产业光电技术有限公司近年来的产业化状况及未来企业计划进行了深入剖析和展望。
In 1963, American Newman proposed for the first time the idea of using semiconductors as a pumping source for solid-state lasers. In 1984, Academician Zhou Bingkun, current chairman of the Chinese Optical Society, took the lead in international research during the visit to the Department of Applied Physics at Stanford University in the United States Efficiency, long life, narrow linewidth, stable frequency semiconductor laser pumped solid state laser (DPSSL), opened up a new field of solid-state lasers. In recent years, the development of DPSSL by leaps and bounds, as its technology continues to mature, production costs decline, has become the world’s fastest growing, widely used new type of laser, known as the second-generation lasers. In this issue, we interviewed Changchun New Industry Photoelectric Technology Co., Ltd. affiliated to Changchun Institute of Optics and Fine Mechanics, which is one of the earliest enterprises to industrialize lasers in China. Its products have been sold to more than 50 countries and regions in the world. Dr. Zheng Quan, general manager of the company, introduced the basic principle and development course of the all-solid-state laser pump, and analyzed and predicted the industrialization status and future business plan of Changchun New Industry Photoelectricity Technology Co., Ltd. in recent years.
