贵州省流行性乙型脑炎疫苗一针次强化免疫效果的流行病学评价

[目的]总结贵州省实施流行性乙型脑炎减毒活疫苗强化免疫的效果。[方法]对疫情信息监测管理系统的资料采用描述流行病学方法进行分析。[结果]2007年对全省8月龄~6岁2187181名儿童完成一针次乙脑疫苗强化免疫,报告接种率93.8%。强化免疫后乙脑发病率明显下降,发病数较2006年同期下降62.54%,死亡数下降53.66%,7岁以下儿童发病率明显降低,7~14岁儿童发病构成比相对增加;乙脑发病季节性高峰仍然存在。[结论]开展大规模的强化免疫,对降低乙脑发病水平效果显著。建议加强乙脑常规免疫的基础上,在全省范围内开展7岁以下儿童乙脑疫苗的查漏补种和7~14岁儿童的乙脑强化免疫活动,进一步降低乙脑发病率。 [Objective] To summarize the effect of intensive immunization of live attenuated JE vaccine in Guizhou Province. [Method] The data of epidemic situation information monitoring and management system was analyzed by descriptive epidemiological method. [Results] In 2007, 2187181 children between the ages of 8 months and 6 years of age in the province completed the first dose of secondary immunization with Japanese encephalitis vaccine, and the reported vaccination rate was 93.8%. Compared with the same period of 2006, the incidence of Japanese encephalitis decreased by 62.54% and the number of deaths decreased by 53.66%. The incidence of children under 7 years of age was significantly lower, while the incidence of children with 7-14 years of age was relatively increased. The incidence of Japanese encephalitis Sexual peaks still exist. [Conclusion] The large-scale intensive immunization has a significant effect on lowering the incidence of Japanese encephalitis. Proposed to strengthen the routine immunization of JE based on the province within the scope of children under 7 years of age JE vaccine leak detection replantation and 7 to 14-year-old children with JE enhanced immunization activities to further reduce the incidence of Japanese encephalitis.
