目的:采用HPLC法同时测定三果汤中具有抗氧化活性成分没食子酸和鞣花酸含量的方法。方法:采用的色谱柱为welchrom C18色谱柱(50mm×4.60mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.25%甲酸溶液梯度洗脱,流速为0.85mL/min,柱温25℃,检测波长为260nm。结果:没食子酸和鞣花酸分别在0.0500~0.7000mg,0.0502~0.7140mg范围内呈良好线性,平均回收率分别为103.22%,97.49%(n=6)。结论:采所建方法适用于同时测定三果汤中没食子酸和鞣花酸的含量。
OBJECTIVE: To simultaneously determine the content of gallic acid and ellagic acid with antioxidant activity in San Guo Tang by HPLC method. Methods: The column used was welchrom C18 column (50mm × 4.60mm, 5μm). The mobile phase consisted of a gradient of acetonitrile-0.25% formic acid. The flow rate was 0.85mL / min and the column temperature was 25 ℃. The detection wavelength was 260nm. Results: Gallic acid and ellagic acid showed good linearity in the range of 0.0500-0.7000mg and 0.0502-0.7140mg, respectively. The average recoveries were 103.22% and 97.49%, respectively (n = 6). Conclusion: The proposed method is suitable for simultaneous determination of gallic acid and ellagic acid in San Guo Decoction.
