宫腔粘连宫腔形态的三维超声观察

目的回顾性分析宫腔粘连患者宫腔形态的经阴道三维超声图像特点,提高对宫腔粘连超声图像的认识。方法经宫腔镜确诊的宫腔粘连患者51例,所有患者留取二维声像图后行经阴道三维超声检查,在冠状面观察宫腔形态及结构。结果宫腔粘连患者三维冠状切面失去正常倒三角形的表现,显示内膜不同程度缺损,宫底及两侧壁宫腔失去平滑边缘;宫腔形态内聚成角为宫腔粘连的典型声像图特征,其中Ⅱ级10例(10/16,62.5%),Ⅲ级6例(6/8,75%),Ⅳ级10例(10/10,100%),Ⅴ级17例(17/17,100%),Ⅳ级和Ⅴ级宫腔呈T型。结论三维冠状切面宫腔两侧边内聚成角是宫腔粘连的特异度征象,宫腔呈T型为重度宫腔粘连的征象。 Objective To retrospectively analyze the characteristics of transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasonography of uterine cavity in patients with intrauterine adhesions and to improve the understanding of uterine cavity adhesion ultrasound images. Methods Totally 51 cases of intrauterine adhesions confirmed by hysteroscopy were performed. All patients underwent 2D transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasonography and 2-D sonography. The morphology and structure of the uterine cavity were observed in the coronal plane. Results Three-dimensional coronal sections of patients with intrauterine adhesions lost the normal inverted triangle, showing different degrees of endometrial defect. The uterine cavity and the bilateral uterine walls lost smooth edges. The intracavitary shape cohesion angled as the typical sonogram of intrauterine adhesions (17/17, 100%) were grade V in 10 cases (10/16, 16.5%), grade 3 in 6 cases (6/8, 75% , Grade â ... ¢ and â ... â ... â ... â ... â ... â- class T-shaped uterine Conclusion Three-dimensional coronal section of the uterine cavity on both sides of the edge of the cohesive angle is the specificity of intrauterine adhesions signs, uterine cavity was T-shaped signs of severe intrauterine adhesions.
