各行政公署,各市、县人民政府,省政府各有关直属单位:为确保我省清理整顿农村合作基金会工作扎实推进,如期完成任务,现就有关事宜通知如下:一、做好专项借款的兑付和管理工作为有效保护储户的经济利益,保证储户存款兑付工作的顺利进行,省政府已向中国人民银行申请了再贷款,近期即将下拨。各地要从讲政治的高度,切实管好用好这批专项借款。(一)专项借款必须专款专用。要认真贯彻落实朱镕基总理关于专项借款“不得挪用于其他用途”的指示精神,尽快一次性兑付到位。不得以任何理由截留、挪用专项借款。
