结合航空机务专业高等职业技术教育特点和“双证”制度现状,提出了航空机务专业士官高等职业技术教育“双证融通”模式构想,通过改革现有的运行模式,构建起与航空维修保障工作相匹配的专业教学内容体系、考核评价体系,使士官教育的技能训练、考核方式与职业技能鉴定有机统一起来,形成具有航空机务特色的士官高等职业技术教育运行模式,实现院校培训与部队岗位的有效对接。
Combining with the characteristics of higher vocational and technical education of aviation maintenance professionals and the status quo of “double certificates” system, this paper puts forward the idea of higher vocational and technical education for senior aviation maintenance specialists and the concept of “double card integration”.
