报告了尘肺X线片微机诊断与专家诊断的对照验证结果。根据200张X线片的结果比较,对应于有无尘肺、四级密集度和四级尘肺三种不同分类方法,诊断符合率分别为835%,730%和705%。通过100张X线片与基层诊断组的结果比较,对应的诊断符合率分别为860%,820%和630%。由300张X线片进行尘肺普查筛选,与专家筛选的符合率达893%。结果表明,微机自动诊断符合率接近专家诊断水平。
The results of the control and verification of pneumoconiosis X-ray microscopy and expert diagnosis were reported. According to the comparison of the results of 200 X-ray films, the diagnostic compliance rates were 83.5%, 73.0%, and 70.5%, respectively, corresponding to three different classification methods: pneumoconiosis, grade IV density, and grade IV pneumoconiosis. According to the results of 100 X-ray films compared with the primary diagnosis group, the corresponding diagnostic compliance rates were 86%, 82%, and 63%, respectively. A total of 300 X-rays were used to screen pneumoconiosis. The coincidence rate with expert screening was 89. 3%. The results show that the coincidence rate of the automatic diagnosis of the microcomputer is close to the expert diagnosis level.
