针对沥青加温罐存在局部过热与加热死角从而影响沥青成品质量的问题,以某沥青加温罐为研究对象,建立沥青加温罐内流体的三维模型,用Gambit划分网格并导入到FLUENT软件,运用SIMPLE算法进行数值计算,分析沥青加温罐内的稳态温度场,分别得到有强制搅拌与无强制搅拌下的加温罐内沥青温度分布图,找出沥青加温罐局部过热与加热死角的分布位置。对有无强制搅拌的温度分布对比研究表明,强制搅拌对沥青加温罐的温度均化有重要作用。研究结论对沥青加温罐以及其他加温设备的结构设计优化和导热油管道的合理布置具有参考价值。
Aiming at the problem of partial overheating and deadheat of asphalt heating tank, which affects the quality of asphalt finished product, a three-dimensional model of asphalt heating tank is established. The Gambit mesh is divided and imported into FLUENT software , Calculated by SIMPLE algorithm, analyzed the steady temperature field in the asphalt heating tank, obtained the temperature distribution chart of the asphalt in the heating tank with and without forced stirring respectively, and found out the local overheating and heating of the asphalt heating tank Dead place of distribution. The comparison of the temperature distributions with or without forced agitation shows that forced agitation plays an important role in the temperature homogenization of asphalt heating tanks. The conclusion of the research is of reference value to the structural design optimization of the asphalt heating tank and other heating equipment and the rational arrangement of the conducting oil pipeline.
