This article focuses on reducing the incidence of IUD complications, including the recently designed release of levonorgestrel 18 and postnatal IUD. The side effects of researchers on IUDs must be well understood in order to design and improve IUD’s safety. The latest IUD is levonor 18-norgestrel T The IUD was modified with Nova-T, a silicone rubber stick containing 50% levonorgestrel, giving an average of 20 μg of levonorgestrel daily. Whether this IUD has significant contraceptive effects such as TCu380 and MLCu375 remains to be confirmed by a large number of clinical trials. A randomized comparison of levodropene 18-norgestrel T IUD and Nova-T showed that there was less discontinuation of Nova-T. The rate of termination of the use of levonorgestrel 18-norgestrel in two years was 11%.
