目的 :评价头孢吡肟治疗下呼吸道感染的临床疗效。方法 :6 8例病人 ,分为治疗组 36例和对照组 32例 ,分别应用头孢吡肟和头孢他啶 ,剂量均为每次 2 g ,q12h ,静脉滴注给药 ,疗程 8.2d±s 2 .6d。结果 :头孢吡肟和头孢他啶的临床有效率分别为94 %和 91% ,细菌清除率为 93%和 85% ,均无明显不良反应。结论 :头孢吡肟可作为治疗下呼吸道感染有效和安全的抗生素 Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of cefepime in the treatment of lower respiratory tract infection. Methods: Sixty-eight patients were divided into treatment group (n = 36) and control group (n = 32). Cefepime and ceftazidime were administered respectively at doses of 2 g and q12h each for 8 days. The course of treatment was 8.2 days ± s2. 6d. Results: The clinical efficacies of cefepime and ceftazidime were 94% and 91%, respectively, and the bacterial clearance rate was 93% and 85% respectively, with no obvious adverse reactions. Conclusion: Cefepime can be used as an effective and safe antibiotic in the treatment of lower respiratory tract infections
