速滑课是北方地区冬季体育教学的基础课,也是必修课的内容。由于班额大,学生人数多,学生的自身素质和体育基础差异较大,传统的体育教学方法已不能满足学生的求知欲望,有的学生吃不饱,有的学生吃不了。在我国实施素质教育的过程中,速滑课将怎样进行素质教育呢?通过对牡丹江师范学院2000级物理系一班(实验班)、二班(对照班)进行两年的“异步”教学法跟踪实验,结果实验班学生的速滑技评、达标成绩都高于对照班。

Through two years of “asynchrony” of class one (experimental class) and class two (control class) of Mudanjiang Teachers College 2000 Department of Physics, Teaching method tracing experiments, the results of the experimental class speed skating technical evaluation, achievement standards are higher than the control class.
