这次会议的主要任务是,总结科研工作经验,学习有关政策、法规,确定我院科研工作的重点和主攻方向,制订管理办法和措施,增强全院专业技术人员的科研意识,调动一切积极因素,推动全院科研工作的开展,从而促进教学和医疗工作的全面发展。概括起来讲,就是要理顺思路,明确方向,组织队伍,协作攻关。 为了开阔视野,拓宽思路,也为了说明下面要讲的问题,我想向大家介绍一点情况和信息。 1.生命科学正处在重大突破的前夕,科学的下一个世纪将是生物学世纪。
