目的探讨p53抗体在维吾尔族(维族)、汉族非小细胞肺癌(Non-small-cell carcinoma,NSCLC)患者血清中的表达及其临床意义。方法选择诊断为非小细胞肺癌且未经放化疗、手术治疗的患者50例(病例组),其中维族、汉族患者各25例,另选取维族与汉族健康体检者(对照组)各25例。采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测血清中p53抗体含量,采用全自动免疫化学发光仪检测血清常用肿瘤标志物含量,并进行比较分析。结果维族病例组p53抗体含量高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),且抗体表达与其分化程度、TNM分期密切相关(P<0.05);汉族病例组p53抗体含量高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),抗体表达与其分化程度、TNM分期密切相关(P<0.05);维族病例组不同病理分型p53抗体含量比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);但两民族病例组和对照组p53抗体含量比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),病例组在性别、年龄、分化程度、TNM分期以及病理分型上均无相关性(P>0.05),并且两民族患者血清p53含量与其各自血清中肿瘤标志物含量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论维、汉两民族非小细胞肺癌患者血清中的p53抗体的表达情况基本一致,临床上可以考虑给予维、汉非小细胞肺癌患者相同或者相似的与p53相关的诊断及治疗措施,同样可以根据相同或相似的p53抗体指标来判断非小细胞肺癌患者的预后。
Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of p53 antibody in serum of Uygur and Han patients with non-small-cell carcinoma (NSCLC). Methods Fifty patients (case group) with non-small cell lung cancer who were diagnosed as non-small cell lung cancer without radiotherapy and chemotherapy were enrolled. Among them, 25 were Uygur and Han nationality, and 25 were Uygur and Han healthy subjects respectively. The content of serum p53 antibody was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The contents of serum tumor markers were detected by automatic immunochemistry chemiluminescence analyzer and compared. Results The antibody level of p53 in Uygur group was significantly higher than that in control group (P <0.01), and the antibody expression was closely related to the differentiation degree and TNM stage (P <0.05). The content of p53 antibody in Han cases was higher than that in control group , The difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). The antibody expression was closely related to the differentiation degree and TNM stage (P <0.05). The p53 antibody level in different pathological types of Uygur patients was significantly different (P <0.05). However, there was no significant difference in the p53 antibody levels between the two ethnic minority cases and the control group (P> 0.05). There was no significant correlation between the antibody levels of the two ethnic groups and the control group (P> 0.05), gender, age, differentiation, TNM stage and pathological type , And there was no significant difference in serum p53 levels between the two ethnic patients and their respective serum tumor markers (P> 0.05). Conclusions The expression of p53 antibody in the serum of patients with NSCLC from the two ethnic groups is basically the same, and the same or similar p53-related diagnosis and treatment measures can be given clinically to patients with small cell lung cancer of Victoria and Han. According to the same or similar indicators of p53 antibodies to determine the prognosis of patients with non-small cell lung cancer.
