以赤霉菌毒素对不同小麦品种的胚根、胚芽的生长抑制率和胚根细胞膜的损伤度为指标,研究了小麦品种抗赤霉病与抗赤霉菌毒素能力之间的关系。结果表明,抗病品种抗( 耐) 毒素能力强,感病品种抗( 耐) 毒素能力弱,中抗、中感品种的抗(耐) 毒素能力居中,表现出小麦品种的抗病性和抗( 耐) 毒素能力之间呈明显的正相关性。这一结果在小麦品种的抗赤霉病性鉴定方面具有良好的应用前景。
The relationship between the scab resistance and scab resistance of wheat cultivars to Gibberella toxin was studied by using Gibberella toxins (Toxoplasma glosbene) as the index to determine the growth inhibition rate of radicle and germ and the damage degree of radicle membrane of different wheat cultivars. The results showed that the ability of anti-tolerance toxin of resistant varieties was strong, the ability of anti-tolerance toxin of susceptible varieties was weak, and the ability of anti-tolerance toxin of middle-resistant and middle-susceptible cultivars was medium, which showed the disease resistance and anti-resistance of wheat cultivars (Tolerance) toxin capacity was significantly positive correlation between. This result has a good application prospect in the identification of wheat scab resistance.
