1985年中国法学会宪法学研究会成立1985年10月12日至19日,中国法学会宪法学研究会成立大会在贵阳市召开。从事宪法学研究、宪法教学和政法部门实际工作的学者、专家共计112人出席了此次会议,其中正式代表96人,列席代表16人,共提交论文69篇。大会民主选举了宪法学研究会干事会及其领导机构。宪法学研究会干事会由48名干事组成,在干事会基础上又选举
1985 China Law Society Constitution Research Association was established October 12, 1985 to 19, the Chinese Law Society Constitutional Law Research Association was established in Guiyang City. A total of 112 scholars and experts engaged in the study of constitutional law, the teaching of constitutional law and the actual work of the political and legal departments attended the meeting, of which 96 were formally represented and 16 were represented, and 69 were submitted. The congress democratically elected the Council of Constitutional Research Council and its leading body. The Council of Constitutional Studies Board of Directors will consist of 48 officers, who will be elected on the basis of the Council of Ministers
