目的 探讨HSP70和P5 3在乳腺癌中所起的作用及其在临床诊断中的应用价值。方法 运用超敏免疫组织化学技术 (SP法 )检测HSP70和抑癌基因P5 3蛋白在 5 2例乳腺癌中的表达情况。结果 HSP70的阳性率为 35 % (18/ 5 2 ) ,其表达与乳腺癌的病理学级别有关 (P <0 .0 5 )。P5 3的过度表达率为 36 .5 % (19/ 5 2 ) ,其表达与乳腺癌的病理学级别有关 (P <0 .0 5 )。在 5 2例乳腺癌中 ,P5 3的过度表达和HSP70的表达具有一定的相关性 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 HSP70和P5 3在乳腺癌中的相关性提示HSP70可能参与P5 3的代谢 ;HSP70和P5 3表达程度与肿瘤的恶性程度有关。
Objective To investigate the role of HSP70 and P53 in breast cancer and its application value in clinical diagnosis. Methods The expression of HSP70 and tumor suppressor gene P53 protein in 52 cases of breast cancer was detected by ultrasensitive immunohistochemical technique (SP method). Results The positive rate of HSP70 was 35% (18/52), and its expression was related to the pathological grade of breast cancer (P < 0.05). The overexpression rate of P53 was 36.5 % (19/52), and its expression was related to the pathological grade of breast cancer (P < 0.05). In 52 cases of breast cancer, P53 overexpression was correlated with HSP70 expression (P < 0.05). Conclusion The correlation between HSP70 and P53 in breast cancer suggests that HSP70 may be involved in the metabolism of P53; the degree of HSP70 and P53 expression is related to the degree of malignancy.
