The Connotation of the New System of State-owned Forest Market Economy As a sublation of the traditional planned economy, the new system of market economy in state-owned forest areas should have distinct characteristics of industry and specific regional characteristics. From an industrial point of view, it needs to maintain the orderliness of the plan to a certain extent and select the developmental orientation of the market from the natural laws and economic laws of the forest industry.
