近些年,随着我国经济和社会不断飞速发展,我国对高职教育的不断重视和扩大投入,尤其是一大批技术先进、功能齐全的仪器设备先后装备于实验室,各个学校对实验实训室建设投入逐渐加大,这不仅使实验室硬实力、专业教学实力和学生实践学习得到了较大幅度的提升。与此同时,这也对高职院校实验室各方面的“软实力”提出了较大挑战。本文着重就高职院校实验室软实力建设进行层层分析,以期使高职院校的实验室管理更加科学、规范、高效,真正发挥实验室在教学与科研中的积极作用。
In recent years, with the continuous rapid development of economy and society in our country, our country has paid more and more attention to the higher vocational education. In particular, a large number of instruments and equipment with advanced technology and complete functions have been equipped in laboratories and various schools The investment in construction of the building is gradually increasing, which not only makes the laboratory’s hard power, professional teaching ability and students’ practical learning get more substantial improvement. At the same time, this poses a big challenge to the “soft power” in all aspects of laboratories in higher vocational colleges. This article focuses on the analysis of the soft power construction of labs in higher vocational colleges at different levels, with a view to make laboratory management in higher vocational colleges more scientific, standardized and efficient and truly exert the active role of laboratories in teaching and research.
