一、前言随着科学技术和工农业生产的飞速发展,对钢的品种和质量提出了越来越高的要求。我厂目前钢种单一,要提高经济效益,提高市场竞争能力,必须增加优质钢产量,进一步扩大钢种。但许多优质钢对S、P含量有着严格的要求(我厂优质钢内控标准一般要求S、P≤0.03%)。而我厂平炉炼钢现使用的原料不精,铁水S含量较高且不稳定,一般波动在0.025～0.065%之间;废钢来源杂,S含量也很高;自产石灰质量较差,其生、死烧率较高,均不能满足平炉冶炼工艺
