为了评价北京市恶性肿瘤死亡登记报告资料的质量,笔者采用二维分层不等概率的抽样方法对北京市1982年城区居民病伤死亡报告单进行了核实调查。通过调查分析认为,北京市的恶性肿瘤死亡登记报告资料的质量基本上是完整可靠的。本文针对调查中发现的问题进行了分析,并对今后进一步完善肿瘤登记报告工作提出了改进建议。
In order to evaluate the quality of Beijing malignant tumor death registration report data, the author used a two-dimensional stratified sampling method with unequal probabilities to conduct a verification survey of the 1982 urban residents’ disease death report form in Beijing. Through investigation and analysis, the quality of the malignant tumor registration report in Beijing is basically complete and reliable. This article analyzes the problems found in the investigation and puts forward suggestions for improvement in the further improvement of the registration of cancer reports.
