针对重庆市油菜生产的生态特点 ,对部分具有特殊意义的育种材料、优质亲本和它们的组合的光合特性进行了初步分析。结果表明两个新型双重不育系在阴天的光合强度显著低于核不育系 ,而与胞质不育系无显著差异 ,晴天的光合强度却显著高于它们的保持系和原始亲本L1 7A ,双重不育系光合强度的特殊表现与它们的叶绿素含量及a/b比值无关 ;甘蓝型黄籽油菜的光合强度低 ,产量较低 ,原因不只在叶绿素含量 ,还与其他因素有关 ;在亲本与组合的比较中 ,杂一代在阴天的光合强度倾向于较高的亲本 ,而在晴天的光合强度倾向较低的亲本 ,杂交能保留双亲较适应生态环境的光合特性
According to the ecological characteristics of rapeseed production in Chongqing, the photosynthetic characteristics of some special breeding materials, high quality parents and their combinations were analyzed. The results showed that the photosynthetic intensity of the two new double sterile lines was significantly lower than that of the male sterile lines on cloudy days, but not significantly different from the cytoplasmic male sterile lines. The photosynthetic intensity of the two new double sterile lines was significantly higher than that of their maintainer lines and original parents L1 7A. The special photosynthetic intensity of double CMS lines had nothing to do with their chlorophyll content and a / b ratio. The photosynthetic rate and yield of yellow-seeded rapeseed (Brassica napus L.) were lower than those of other factors. Among parents and combinations, hybrids tended to have higher photosynthetic intensity in cloudy days and parents with lower photosynthetic intensities in sunny days, and hybrids could retain the photosynthetic characteristics that parents more adapted to the ecological environment
