槲寄生针剂临床上用于治疗冠心病和心律失常均有较好的疗效。我们的实验研究亦表明槲寄生无论对整体动物还是离体心脏,无论对正常还是颤动心脏都有增加冠脉流量、改善冠状循环的作用。但在心律失常的动物模型中,槲寄生的作用如何?尚少研究。本文观察了槲寄生针剂对由不同药物引起的动物心律失常的影响,为临床上正确使用本品提供参考。
Mistletoe injections for the treatment of coronary heart disease and arrhythmia have a good effect. Our experimental study also shows that mistletoe on the whole animal or isolated heart, both for the normal or tremble the heart have increased coronary flow, improve coronary circulation. But in the animal model of arrhythmia, the role of mistletoe? Less research. This article observes the effects of mistletoe injection on arrhythmia of animals caused by different drugs and provides a reference for the correct use of this product in clinic.
