传统产业是重庆市经济社会发展的支撑,是产业转型升级的基础。在再工业化的背景下,重庆市传统产业升级还面临企业经营管理水平不高、品牌优势不突出、技术创新能力不强、产业集中度低等问题,应通过把传统产业升级融入重庆市五大功能区战略、发展战略性新兴产业、制造业信息化、军民融合发展、培育行业龙头企业以及培育特色优势产业集群等途径,促进重庆市传统产业转型升级。
Traditional industries are the support of Chongqing’s economic and social development and the basis of industrial restructuring and upgrading. In the context of re-industrialization, the upgrading of traditional industries in Chongqing is also facing problems such as the low level of enterprise management, the lack of brand superiority, the weak capability of technological innovation and the low degree of industrial concentration. The upgrading of traditional industries should be integrated into the five major functions of Chongqing Regional strategy, the development of strategic emerging industries, manufacturing information, military and civilian integration and development, fostering leading enterprises in the industry and fostering distinctive industrial clusters and other means to promote the restructuring and upgrading of traditional industries in Chongqing.
