以小麦(扬麦5号)幼苗为材料,研究了外源 Ca2+对 A13+胁迫下小麦的苗根细胞 膜脂质过氧化作用(MDA含量)、细胞电解质泄漏、膜保护酶活性及质膜和液泡膜微囊Ca2+─ ATP酶活性的影响.结果显示在 A13+胁迫下,增加 Ca20的供应可以减轻 A13+对根系伸长及干物 质积累的抑制作用,并可减轻 A13+胁迫诱导的根细胞电解质渗漏率和 MDA含量的增加、过氧 化氢酶(CAT)、抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)和过氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、质膜和液泡膜微囊Ca2+─ATP酶活性的降低。

The results showed that under the stress of A13 +, increasing the supply of Ca20 could alleviate the inhibitory effect of A13 + on root elongation and dry matter accumulation, and alleviate the increase of electrolyte leakage and MDA content induced by A13 + stress. The increase of catalase CAT, ascorbate peroxidase (APX) and superoxide dismutase (SOD), plasma membrane and tonoplast Ca2 + -ATPase activity decreased.
