研究了掺铈、铁ＬｉＮｂＯ３（简写为Ｃｅ：Ｆｅ：ＬＮ）晶体在６３３ｎｍ波段的光折变特性．其光折变灵敏度约为４００ｍＪ／ｃｍ２，指数增益系数约为４５ｃｍ－１。用该晶体记录的傅里叶变换全息图分辨率超过７０ｌｐ／ｍｍ。
The photorefractive properties of cerium-doped and iron LiNbO3 (Ce: Fe: LN) crystals in the 633 nm band were studied. The photorefractive sensitivity of about 400mJ / cm2, exponential gain coefficient of about 45cm-1. The Fourier transform holograms recorded with this crystal have a resolution of more than 70 lp / mm.
