说起食文化,秘鲁人确有引以为荣的地方。他们的食谱中既有独特的传统食品,又不乏外来的美味佳肴。笔者在秘鲁首都利马的日子里,常和使馆的同事到秘鲁朋友家里做客,有机会领略到这种兼容并蓄的风格。秘鲁人的饮食习惯受欧美影响较深,除了边远的农村以外,可以说是“全盘西化”了。秘鲁人吃饭不用筷子,这本是意料中的事,但所用诸多餐具中竟找不到中国人常用的碗,想来颇新鲜。秘鲁人吃面条,有中国式的,也有意大利的通心粉,但仍然不用筷子。如何将又软又滑又长的面条送入口中,一点也难不住秘鲁人,就像难不住西方人一
