目的探讨丹黄祛瘀胶囊配合抗生素治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法 134例慢性盆腔炎患者随机分为对照组与治疗组,对照组单纯采用抗生素治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上给予丹黄祛瘀胶囊口服。观察两组的临床疗效和不良反应。结果治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为94.12%、68.18%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均未发生不良反应。结论丹黄祛瘀胶囊配合抗生素比单纯应用抗生素治疗慢性盆腔炎效果好,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Dan Huang Qu Yu Capsule combined with antibiotics in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods A total of 134 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. The control group was treated with antibiotics alone. The treatment group was given Danhuangquyu capsule on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed. Results The total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 94.12% and 68.18% respectively, with significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). No adverse reactions occurred in both groups. Conclusion Dan Huang Qu Yu capsules with antibiotics than simple antibiotic treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease effect is worthy of clinical promotion.
