一、糖尿病左心室功能检测方法各种创伤性及无创伤性心功能检测技术已被广泛用于了解糖尿病(DM)左心室功能改变,尤其对无症状的亚临床糖尿病心肌病。研究目的在于评价全身微血管病变和左室收缩或舒张功能间的关系,并探讨左心室功能改变的可能机制。(一)收缩功能的研究1.收缩时间间期(STI)测定:近年来认为 STI 是反映左心室收缩功能较好的指标.一般采用多道生理记录仪,同步记录心电图、颈动脉搏动图及心尖搏动图。测定如下指标:①射血前期(PEP),②心电机械
