个旧锡矿石晶粒微细,锡铁致密结合,日趋难选。采用三段磨选、泥矿单独处理的单一重选工艺,已经不能适应资源和市场的变化。为了不断提高技术经济指标,云锡公司首先在卡房采选厂完成系统的技术改造:①以离心选矿机为特征的泥选技术改造加强细泥回收;②产富中矿送烟化炉处理以回收富连生体;③降低矿加选别系统精矿品位一精选,使单体锡石充分回收、锡铁分离。精选系统采用重选-磁选-浮选联合工艺,使全厂回收率提高9.75%~14.49%,遏制了回收率的大滑坡:停开了三段、复洗二段磨选系统4'×8'磨机2台,摇床16张。简化流程,降低消耗。年经济效益214万元。再次证明此举是目前大幅度提高效益的良策。
