目前油田分层注水使用的储存式电子流量计及回放仪,其数据处理方式可以人为修改存储卡里的原始数据,大大影响测试质量。对此,开展了电子测试仪器改进防护技术质量研究,形成了一整套技术改进防护措施和质量控制。既可科学地确定FDL流量计压力与井口压力误差范围,解决测试过程中由于人为造成的压力及水量“失真”问题;又可强化质量监督,抓好“测试质量过程控制”管理,堵住了人为修改原始资料的漏洞,解决了全油田普遍存在的测试资料质量问题。
