I. Preface At present, just as ICs and microcomputers represent, the demand for light, thin, miniaturized and resource-saving products is on the rise. However, this incident has led to the stagnation of a global economy mainly characterized by depression. This is really a great irony. Among them, one of the development directions of Japan, which is struggling to catch up with and strive for high value-added industrial products by the medium-developed countries, has chosen to follow the path of “high precision.” As a result, the miniaturization of parts is promoted. Therefore, the mold is also required to achieve miniaturization and precision.
